You have a few ways to receive an intercom call now.
1.The Comelit app
2. A regular phone call to any phone number
3.BOTH Options above!
Option 1: Comelit App
You can receive the intercom call on your Apple or Android device.
Your e-mail address must be on file with the management to enroll into the app.
If you didn’t receive a welcome e-mail to join the app, click here to fill out a sign up form. Once management confirms you, you will get a welcome e-mail.
Then you could proceed to download the app and move on to the setup steps as in the video..

Option 2: Phone Call
You can receive the intercom call on any landline (home phone) or mobile cell phone number.
Your phone number (Home and or Mobile) needs to be on file with Parkchester's Management.
When someone calls you from the intercom, speak to them like a normal phone call.
Then dial *9 to unlock the door
Press here if your phone number is not on file with the building.
