If your information is not on file for the intercom, you will not be able to use it.

Complete the form and Parkchester management will verify your information and add you to the system. Watch out for the welcome e-mail from Comelit once the installation is completed in your building.

Look at this Upgrade Schedule to see when your building will be upgraded.

If you don’t see your address on the sign up sheet below, your building is not on the current phase of buildings being upgraded right now. Wait until you get a notice from Parkchester, then you will see your address below on the sign up sheet.

When a phase is completed your building address will no longer be on this sign up sheet, contact your management office to verify your info and to be added to the intercom system moving forward.
